My treatment philosophy integrates the acute and chronic and considers all aspects of a patient, including physical and emotional status.

Patients come in to Kind Acupuncture for help with a wide variety of issues.  There's no greater reward for me than having a patient report that they feel better after treatment.

I make sure to provide an open line of communication and ensure patients feel comfortable to ask any questions or concerns they have before, during and after their visit.

For the last several years I've had the privilege of adding FDNY firefighters to my list of frequent patients.  I'm so glad the FDNY has recognized acupuncture as a modality that can help these hard working folks manage their pain.

I am incredibly proud of the work I was able to do at a local hospital providing acupuncture to people undergoing cancer treatment.  While working there, I had the privilege of training palliative care fellows in their Integrative Medicine rotations.

I hold certifications from Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and New York Presbyterian for Oncology Acupuncture.

In 2021 I completed an International Certification in Oncology taught by acupuncturists and oncologists.

Having struggled myself with fertility for many years, helping patients become parents is a true passion.  I hold myself to a high standard to educate myself on all current fertility treatments and the NY and Long Island doctors performing them.  It is important to be a resource to patients and to understand what they are going through.
